TRUSTKILL WEBSTORE POLICY

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on any items. The only exception is defective merchandise, which we will exchange for non defective merchandise.
When ordering clothing, we may have to substitute a color if your color preference is out of stock. We do not make size substitutions.
If you placed an order that included an item that was only available for "pre-order", your entire order will not ship until that item is in stock.
For orders shipping outside of the US, you may have to pay additional taxes/fees/charges on your order. Our shipping charge only covers what we pay to ship your order.

SECURITY:
When you checkout, we send all credit card data over an encrypted 128 bit SSL layer. Some browsers may not display the "lock", but if you choose FILE >> PROPERTIES >> CERTIFICATES from Internet Explorer, you can view our SSL certificate and rest assured that we are secure. Check the address, it will start with "https", indicating SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card number on our servers, we only keep the first 4 digits as a reference.
MY ACCOUNT:
One of the best places to look for information about your order is under order history, which can be found under my account. There, you will be able to view all information regarding all of your orders, including the full invoice for the order(s). If you have questions about your order, look here first. It's the same information we have available to us.
PREORDERS:
From time to time, we offer items on a preorder basis. That means that we do not have the item in stock, but you can still order it. Your entire order will not ship until the item you preordered is in stock. We expect the item to be in stock on the preorder ship date. Your credit card will be charged as usual, after you click SUBMIT ORDER on the checkout page. Your order will appear as BACKORDERED when you view the invoice.
BACKORDERS:
If you are looking at your order history and notice "NOT SHIPPED :: BACKORDERED" under the SHIPPED column, that means your order is on backorder. If you look at the invoice, you will actually see what day your order was placed on backorder. An order may be placed on backorder if you have preordered an item. If this is the case, your order will ship out when we get the preordered item in stock. If we placed your order on backorder, we were out of stock on something in your order. We ALWAYS email you letting you know about this, and ask you what we should do with the order. If you didn't receive an email, you may have entered an incorrect email address, or there may have been an error sending the email. Either way, get in touch with us and we'll figure out what we should do with the order.

If you have any questions with your order, please contact us. The best way is by email as you can just "copy and paste" your order confirmation right into an email so we have all the data at our fingertips. There is someone at the Trustkill Headquarters Monday through Friday to answer your emails right away.
